THE RENOVATION

Having completed the renovation of my first property and wanting to use the experience I had gained as a hotel manager of 10 years for my own venture I purchased the very run down and neglected property 'Newberry Wood' in 2018. This was followed by 2 years of careful restoration, extension and the rebuilding of the entire roof as a loft conversion. Covid-19 had not been part of the plans which not only slowed the works down considerably it also meant materials were in short supply. However the property was completed and ready to welcome its first guests when we finally came out of lockdown in 2021 and has been enjoying success ever since. These photos show a rough timeline of events from start to completion of the project.
